  14. I get a Rescan Failed message in BC 4.51 when Resource Workshop has been invoked and 
  15. is trying to add instance data to database. Always occurs when adding the instance 
  16. data for a TButton. If that TButton's instance variable is deleted, the next one 
  17. fails.
